Starting his career in a corporate law firm and later having a wide-ranging litigation practice working under a Senior Counsel at Bangalore has shaped Vivek to be an experienced advocate in civil and commercial laws with a blend of dispute resolution and corporate law experience. Vivek co-founded Agraa Legal in 2011. Vivek extensively deals in civil and commercial laws, banking matters, labour laws and consumer laws. Vivek predominantly practices in the Karnataka High Court, Civil Courts, DRT, amongst other courts and tribunals. Vivek has also been advising clients on various commercial arbitrations and property related disputes.

Vivek regularly advises Infrastructure Companies and Renewable Energy Companies on various legal issues, including land acquisitions, agglomerations, etc., and assists clients in structuring their land acquisition process and maintaining the requisite legal parameters and sanctions for commissioning and operation of power projects. Vivek advises various land developers and builders in title due diligence of properties and assists in drafting joint development agreements and other ancillary documents for real-estate projects.
