The attorneys of the Firm are regularly engaged by companies, practising company secretaries, chartered accountants to advise and represent them in respect of matters pertaining to amalgamation, demerger, restructuring under Section 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013, amalgamation through fast track process before the Regional Director, oppression and mismanagement proceedings before the NCLT and NCLAT, and other proceedings under the Companies Act, 2013.
