Surya Dev is a Senior Associate working in the Corporate Team of the Firm. He started his career in the area of general corporate advisory and venture capital & private equity transactions. He is experienced in advising many foreign and domestic investors on investments into Indian companies, Mergers and Acquisition of companies. He was previously seconded to a client company to provide complete legal support as per the clients’ requirements. He also advises clients on employment law related issues and documentation of various kinds of commercial contacts.
