Srivatsa primarily assists in handling insolvency, banking, financial reconstruction and company law related matters of the Firm. He regularly appears before the National Company Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal and High Court of Karnataka, apart from appearing before various other courts and fora in Bangalore. Srivatsa works on disputes concerning company law, IBC, SARFAESI Act, RDB Act, Banking laws, tender disputes, writs, service law, etc.
