Sowmya focuses his practice on documentation, drafting of deeds of conveyances, commercial and residential property leases, title due diligence reports, etc. He regularly conducts verification of original documents, in documentation concerning agglomeration of large parcel of agricultural lands and also assists in registration of legal instruments. He assists in matters concerning land laws, revenue matters, mortgages, etc.
