Kashyap had previously worked at Crest Law Partners, at Bangalore, before co-founding Agraa Legal in 2011. He deals extensively in a wide spectrum of legal matters ranging from dispute resolution, real estate and advisory services to corporate transactions. He has handled various civil, contractual, constitutional, commercial, intellectual property rights, corporate, revenue, land acquisition, service, employment, financial, banking, tort and consumer disputes. Kashyap advises a wide range of companies on debt recovery matters, revival, structuring, insolvency matters, etc., and appears before various tribunals.
Kashyap has appeared before various courts, arbitration tribunals, other statutory tribunals and fora across several places in India and has assisted clients in forming dispute resolution strategies and in identifying and assessing litigation risks. He advises and has provided legal opinions to various multi – national and national companies, firms, societies, associations, trusts and individuals, apart from governmental corporations and non – statutory bodies. He is a standing counsel for Karnataka Power Corporation Limited and for News Broadcasters Association and its Standards Authority, New Delhi. He has also represented his clients before the Privileges Committee in the Legislative Assembly of the State.
Kashyap advises various real estate companies, property developers and individuals on property laws. He has supervised and handled real estate projects concerning large parcels of land and has prepared title search reports, conveyance deeds and allied legal instruments for several projects. He has advised clients on zoning regulations, revenue matters, corporation laws, land laws, etc., in various real estate transactions on a regular basis.
