Hari started his practice in the field of commercial laws, criminal, civil and corporate law before the High Courts and the Trial Courts at Chennai. He has a thriving practice before the NCLT, NCLAT, DRT and DRAT apart from the High Court of Madras.

He has been appointed as amicus by the Courts in several cases for assisting the Court, including some well-known cases like Dr. P. Pathmanathan vs. Monica (2020). He handles a wide range of matters such as Corporate Crimes, Money Laundering, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, commercial disputes, Intellectual Property and Fertility Law. He has been part of important cases in the recent times such as Idol Theft case, Gutkha scam case etc.

He also founded Domain Name Disputes India in the year 2008. The firm specialized in the brand protection in the online space. Hari merged his practice with Agraa Legal in 2021 and now heads the Chennai branch of the firm.
