Deepika specializes in real estate law and has extensive experience in undertaking title due diligence and documentation for a wide range of property transactions and asset classes. Her work covers multi-storied residential and commercial developments, solar power projects, warehouses, educational institutions, and individual plots. She is also proficient in drafting and reviewing various agreements and deeds related to real estate transactions.

In the early years of her practice, Deepika gained litigation experience and represented clients before various courts and tribunals. Deepika began her career in litigation with Agraa Legal and subsequently worked with J. Sagar Associates, AZB & Partners, and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.

Deepika is now seconded to our Client – Mista Group, a growing real estate developer, bringing with her enhanced experience and insights in real estate and allied legal matters.
