Bianta has extensive experience in drafting and finalising various contracts for companies, shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders involved in commercial transactions.

Bianta also works and advice clients on matters pertaining to Intellectual Property Rights. She regularly appears before the Registrar of Trademarks, Copyrights and Patents and the IP appellate board. She drafts and assists in negotiation of various agreements such as service contracts, property leases, IP licenses, assignment agreements, etc.
