Chetan has over 8 years’ experience in the field of dispute resolution and regularly appears before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, Commercial Courts, City Civil Courts, Magistrate Courts and various Tribunals in matters pertaining to commercial and contractual disputes, arbitrations, intellectual property disputes, property related disputes, testamentary disputes, partition suits, labour disputes and economic crimes.

He has represented and advised clients ranging from start-ups to large multinational corporations involved in various sectors including IT/ITES, deep tech, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, hospitality, aviation, education/ education-technology, construction and infrastructure development and logistics.
