She started her career in litigation and has experience in property disputes, arbitration, insolvency matters and has appeared before the Civil Court, High Court and NCLT. Her prior experience in dispute resolution team of the firm has greatly helped her in understanding the nuances of property disputes and the drafting of contracts. She ably puts that to use while advising clients in real estate transactions, be it in property due diligence or in drafting deeds of conveyance.

Akhila also assists in preparing and filing several trademark registration applications for various clients and advises clients on protection under the intellectual property rights law.
